  • Cudmirrah General Store (5 minute walk) – petrol, coffee, pizza, breakfast, basic groceries, newspaper
  • Giant Sand Dune (10 minute walk) – thigh-corking climb, but great views
  • Conjola National Park (10 minute walk) – bushwalking, cycling
  • Berrara Beach (20 minute walk, 3 minute drive) – swimming, surfing
  • Berrara Creek (20 minute walk, 3 minute drive) – calm swimming spot for young kids
  • Cudmirrah Beach North (25 minute walk, 7 minute drive) – patrolled beach for swimming and surfing
  • Sussex Inlet (5 minute drive) – supermarket, cinema, boat hire, fishing, RSL Club, Bowling Club, bakeries, tackle shop, bottle-0

Further Afield

There are many interesting places to explore within a 30-40 minute drive:

  • Milton – foodie heaven with Cupitts Winery, Milhaus, St Isobel, Pilgrims cafe, great bakery and butchers, homewares stores, a surf shop and more
  • Mollymook – some lovely restaurants such as Rick Stein’s Bannister’s, and stunning beaches
  • Manyana, Bendalong, Green Island – more great beaches
  • Nowra – the nearest urban centre,  and great for supplies including Nowra Fresh and Market for fantastic meat, seafood and fruit and veges
  • Jervis Bay – the whitest sand in Australia, Huskisson has a great pub, and Hyams Beach has a great little cafe
